Sometimes
Sometimes the universe just happens for me. Everything clicks into place and works for once. This morning, I asked Babes to take some pictures of the cats for Jack's show and tell tomorrow. Of course, one cat was outside and the other wouldn't stand still, there wasn't enough light, and then the camera ran out of memory. I walked in with my phone a couple of minutes later and snapped these two in under thirty seconds:

Ah, very clever...and really, in the future this could actually be one of those "I will just do it myself because everything you try turns to shit" moments, which of course you would NEVER use because you are not petty. Nor am I.

@Angie - One of the pupils did take in their cat, but there's no way I'm catching one of these. They also weigh about the same as Marie - so no.
Sometimes we just need to do these things ourselves don't we?
ReplyDeleteI took our puppy into show and tell a few years ago on the promise that it wouldn't pee or bite anyone...thankfully he did neither although he did shit on the reading rug...good moment!
