I learn a little every day

So now I know why professional painter-decorators wear shoes.

And trousers.

  1. Please tell me you weren't painting walls in the nude?
    In your condition?

  2. @Sophie - I had knickers on. And a T-shirt.

    @Ms. Moon - Whoops indeed.

    @Maggie May - I could imagine us doing that in precisely the same way.

  3. Ah, it'll wear off in a while. Semi naked decorating is the best way, really.

  4. hmm..if i would paint a wall (which is a ridicillous idea for everyone who knows me and especially jo will burst into sinister laughter reading this) i d paint the walls too...because i have a very good freind who always does it that way so..i guess i do it the same way...

  5. @Jo - I have to keep going later, and it will have to be the same way. Apart from the 35 degree temperature, who has spare 8 month pregnancy clothes to paint in, eh?

    @Danielle - I love painting. And it's probably the only house decorating thing I do really well, so I find it very satisfying. Especially when I'm pregnant and have an excuse to make Babes do both preparation and cleanup. (Naughty, I know.)

  8. @Danielle - Really? Naked painting? Surely there are places you don't want to have to scrub free of paint...
