Incidentally, other 'Anon' commenters, apparently the problem is that Blogger isn't compatible with the latest Microsoft updates. You need to post your comments using Google Chrome, and then you can be yourself again. That must be why I never had any trouble, as I use Firefox myself.
So, Internet Exporers, perhaps it is time for you to come over from the dark side and try another browser. Or you could comment as "Anonymous" because that seems to work even if you're with "them." If you wanted to leave a comment, that is. (You know, if you love me or something.)
There I was being all paranoid that Blogger were boycotting me after I told you all they are crap, and it turns out that wasn't it - they're just being crap again. (Ah, fuck, now I'll never get another comment in my life.)
Thank you, Fiona!
Blogger and Explorer seem to have major relationship problems. I was having problems posting and formatting - then I switched to Firefox and all was fine. I think Explorer and Blogger need to get down to Relate for a good old session.

ReplyDeleteAha! This might be Danielle's problem too. Is this it, Dan?
ReplyDeleteI'm liking google chrome, I must admit. Though it made facebook go very slow today. I wish you'd friend me on facebook, Mwa. My facebook has nothing to do with my blog. I keep em seperate.
I am not qualified to understand the issue. My comments have fallen off but I thought it was because my posting had fallen off . . . may I cast blame elsewhere?
ReplyDeleteIf you do some creepy clown porn vids I am sure you'll get comments Mwa, we'll find a way!!
That's good to know - I can't even comment on my own fucking blog without a lot of copying and pasting at the moment!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome. I feel a little bit famous now.
ReplyDeleteI am also a firefox girl, so much easier.

Im on Firefox so haven't experienced this yet, but I have other 'issues' from time to time--like some days I cant follow new people and I cant see any of my followers. Grrr.
ReplyDeleteAs we are on the technical side today anyway: have you ever considered adding a google search button to your blog? I was wondering if you were thinking about coming to cybermummy, and I think I remembered you writing about it - but then I couldn't find the post. A simple search button would have made my life so much easier.
ReplyDeleteLazily yours,
MM
"If you wanted to leave a comment, that is. (You know, if you love me or something.)"
ReplyDeleteNo pressure there.
I'm having a different problem. I pressed "post comment" for the above and got a big message saying ERROR 503 - Service Unavailable".
ReplyDeleteBut when I got back here the comment had been posted anyway.
This is all double-dutch to me but I'm Firefox, so assume I'm ok??
ReplyDeleteFirefox all the way! Chrome is pretty good too. Internet Explorer and Blogger boo hiss! And my blog as you know is on Blogger too!
ReplyDeleteinternet explorer is the evil empire. i hate it and refuse to use it.
ReplyDeleteGreat work man...
ReplyDeleteFirefox is SO much better. Josh will divorce me if I use anything else...thanks for another reason to know I'm making the right choice!

ReplyDeleteSome love for you!
I use Firefox because Safari won't let me use Google Friend connect. Computers aren't all they're cracked up to be. In fact, sometimes they're downright crap.
